Imagine if you could put yourself in a room of ambitious women with huge dreams, all eager to lift one another up. Well, I just did that! I recently got back from The Next Level Retreat that the incredible Jenni Maroney and her team put on, and I can’t even put into words how amazing it was. If you remember a while back, I mentioned how I’ve been craving in-person connection, and so when Jenni asked me to be a guest expert at her retreat, it was an absolute hell yes for me!

So, I want to give you a bit of a recap. Before the retreat even started, I got to spend a couple of days with my college roommate and best friend Ryan. We hadn’t seen each other in about 5 or 6 years, and we spent the time together talking about life, business, and the memories we had. It was everything my soul needed and a perfect way to start my trip.

Fast forward to the retreat – There were probably about 30 people total at the retreat, and the drive, and believing, and empowerment were unmatched. The retreat was just insane. Jenni and her team fucking delivered, but I want to focus on something even deeper.

Let’s talk about the transformation that happens when you surround yourself with like-minded people who just get it. When you get those kinds of people in a room together, fucking magic happens. Being around a bunch of people who share your ambitions normalizes shooting for the stars. It’s so freaking powerful.

This is the kind of community I want to build – a small group of women who are building the businesses of their dreams and want to go big. I’m talking multi-six, seven figures who have a very full life, want to be able to have it all and not sacrifice anything. I want it to be a place where people can ask questions, have conversations, do the mindset shifts, lean in for support, and pour into each other. That’s what I want to create.

It’s so necessary to have people in your corner that you can trust and have these conversations with. If you ever get the opportunity to do something like this, whether it’s hosting your own retreat or attending someone else’s, you should absolutely do it because it is SO worth it!
